ANDOVER, MA – Emphasizing that Dan Koh “understands how to bring people together to get things done,” Gardner City Councilor Karen Hardern today endorsed Koh in the Third District congressional race. Hardern has been a City Councilor in Gardner since 2011. She also has owned and operated Mak’s Barber Shop in Gardner for over two decades.

“I am proud to endorse Dan,” said Hardern. “I know Dan will fight to create good jobs, invest in infrastructure improvements, and expand economic opportunity. Dan comes from city government and understands how to bring people together to get things done for constituents. I look forward to helping him become the next Congressman from the Third District.”

“Councilor Hardern has been a dedicated advocate for working families in Gardner, and I am honored to have her support,” said Koh. “Like Councilor Hardern, I believe we need to prioritize listening to constituents’ thoughts and concerns. As Chief of Staff to Mayor Walsh, I saw everyday how government can be a force for good. We need to bring that mentality to D.C. and put public service above partisan politics.”
